Does the jewelry tarnish?

Our chains are either gold filled or gold plated depending which one you purchase. Our charms are always gold filled or gold plated. Every jewelry piece has a description that lists what it’s made out of. 

However, gold plated items do eventually tarnish over time. Regardless of the material, tarnishing can be caused by other factors, such as your skin’s natural pH levels. Every person is different!

How do I maintain the longevity of my jewelry?

To increase the longevity of your jewelry, follow these tips:

1. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, etc.
2. Remove jewelry before exercising, sleeping, and swimming.
3. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. 
4. While cleaning, avoid scrubbing. Instead, gently clean with a soft, damp cloth and soap. 

Please handle these handmade items with care!!!

How long will it take to ship my order?

Each item is custom-made and handmade by CharmedbyKJ. The processing time can range from 1 to 5 business days. We always make every effort to complete orders as soon as possible, but please know that processing times may be longer during holidays.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Send an email to shopcharmedbykj@gmail.com with details of the issue and how it happened. Include photos of the damaged item as well. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
